Systems Administrator (2 positions) Ref: 10/09/2025-0430

Role: Making sure that the computer hardware and software are functioning well and meet the needs of the foundation.

Responsibilities 1. Support foundations activities 2. Troubleshooting 3. Maintaining computer servers and networks 4. security system maintenance 5. Resolving issues with software and
hardware.

Qualifications 1.Diploma in computer science, information technology, software engineering or any relate field 2.2+ years of experience in systems administration 3.Strong knowledge of windows and Linux operating systems 4.Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management 5.Strong understanding of networking principles and technologies including TCP/IP, VLANS and VPNS 6.Experience with server hardware components, RAID configuration and backup system 7.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 8.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Field officers (4 positions) Ref: 10/09/2025-0431

Role: Performing ground work to elucidate whether the foundation activities are meaningful and sustainable.

Responsibilities 1. Formulating evaluative resources to guide field work 2. Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake and area necessitating expansion 3. Inputting data in to a suitable software and then arranging this to facilitate analysis 4. Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking 5. Updating expertise by employing a proactive approach to learning Qualifications 1. A minimum of a diploma from a relevant field 2. Demonstrating experience as a field officer 3. Proficient in relevant data storage and analysis software 4. Ability to procure, house and inspect high quality data independently 5. Strong verbal, written and statistical skills

Finance Assistants (2 positions) Ref: 10/09/2025-0432.

Role: Keeping track of the foundation’s finances, entering data in to database, preparing financial statements, process invoices and supporting other employees throughout any accounting process.

Responsibilities
1.Processing and preparing financial statements 2. Upholding financial records 3. Managing invoices 4. Overseeing client accounts 5. Creating, sending and following up on invoices 6. Collecting and reviewing data for reports 7. Reporting discrepancies 8. Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs Qualifications 1. Diploma in accounting and finance or any other related field 2. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software 3. Strong knowledge of book keeping 4. Good
organizational skills 5. Strong analytical skills 6. Detail oriented 7. Excellent time management skills.

Project assistant coordinator (1 position) Ref: 10/09/2025-0433

Role: Overseeing the coordination activities of the project in up country offices Responsibilities 1. Performing administrative duties related to project programs 2. Maintaining and managing private information online and physical files 3. Maintain accurate records of services provided 4. Participating in staff development as directed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities other skills Good communication skills, Detail oriented, Problem-solving skills, Ability to motivate subordinates, Ability to maintain basic files and records

Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a recognized university/ institution, 2+ years of experience in community, leadership and management Proven experience of project management.
